1. basische Körperpflege Aus einer wissenschaftlichen Fehlinterpretation heraus werden seit mehreren Jahrzehnten sämtliche Körperreinigungs- und Pflegeprodukte mit einem sauren PH-Wert produziert (< 7). Dabei wünscht sich unser Körper doch eine basische Körperpflege, bei der die über die Haut ausgeschiedenen (sauren) Giftstoffe neutralisiert werden können. Hautreizungen und trockene Haut, Neurodermitis und Schuppenflechte können so deutlich verringert werden. 2. ätherische Düfte Ätherisch kommt von himmlisch – und wer dem Duft natürlicher Öle erst einmal verfallen ist, der weiß wovon ich rede. Künstlich hergestellte Parfümöle riechen meist zwar intensiver, sie haben aber keinerlei heilende oder ausgleichende Wirkung und werden sogar vom Körper als Giftstoff wahrgenommen, der aktiv verstoffwechselt werden muss. Leider sind ätherische Öle im Vergleich zu Parfümölen sehr teuer, weshalb sie leider in nur sehr wenigen Produkten aus dem Drogerie- oder Supermarkt enthalten sind. 3. Pflege für die Haut – Seifen mit 8 % Überfettung Handgesiedete Naturseifen sind normalerweise überfettet. Dies bedeutet, dass mehr Fett verwendet wird, als die Lauge verseifen kann. Somit bleibt ein Restfettgehalt in der Seife. In unserem Fall handelt es sich um Kakaobutter, mit der die Seife zu 8 % überfettet wird. Damit wir auch sicher gehen können, dass ganz viel Kakaobutter übrig bleibt, wird diese erst ganz am Ende des Verseifungsprozesses zugegeben. 4. keine Plastikverpackung Plastik ist überall – das Badezimmer steht leider fast ganz oben auf der Liste der plastikdominierten Lebensbereiche. Duschgel und Shampoo werden in schönen großen und vor allem quietschbunten Verpackungen aus Plastik angeboten. Was die Herstellung und Entsorgung für unsere Umwelt- und Energiebilanz bedeutet, muss ich hier, nicht allzu weit ausführen. Plastik verschmutzt unsere Meere und lässt die Tiere verenden. Bis eine Plastikflasche komplett zersetzt ist, können locker 300-400 Jahre vergehen. Die übrig bleibenden Mikro – Partikel setzen sich über die Nahrungskette in unseren Körpern ab. Weibliche Hormone (sog. Weichmacher) verändern unseren Körper, unsere Fruchtbarkeit und schädigen unsere Gesundheit. 5. keine schwer abbaubaren Tenside Die biologische Abbaubarkeit von Tensiden ist ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Reinhaltung unserer Gewässer.
