An unseren spezialisierten Produktionsstandorten fertigen wir im Segment Kunststoffverarbeitung, Präzisionskomponenten und Baugruppen mittels Ein- und Mehrkomponentenspritzguss, Einlege- und Umlegetechnik sowie Umspritztechnik auf über 100 Spritzgussmaschinen. Unsere aktive Kompetenz reicht vom Mikrospritzguss bis zur Produktion auf Spritzgussmaschinen bis 11000 KN Schließkraft und mehrere Kilogramm an Teilegewicht. Unsere Stanztechnik produziert durch Einsatz der Folgeverbundtechnologie dazu ergänzend hochpräzise Stanzbiegeteile auf Standard-Stanzautomaten bis 8000 KN Pressenkraft und Schnellläuferpressen für Pressenhübe bis 1200 Hub pro Minute. Wir gehen aber noch einen Schritt weiter und vereinen diese beiden Fertigungs-Kompetenzen zur Kunststoff-Metall-Verbundtechnik.
